Morgan Augillard
Senior Director, Innovation
Morgan brings design thinking to school development. With roots in architecture and planning, she helps translate big ideas into physical spaces that reflect the dignity and potential of the communities they serve.
She has led real estate development for more than 200,000 square feet of new school space at KIPP NYC, and previously helped build and scale school facilities systems at Uncommon Schools. Morgan started her career in architecture—working on Hurricane Sandy recovery efforts—and later earned a Master’s in City Planning from MIT, where she focused on educational and community development.
Morgan holds a B.A. in Architecture from Smith College and brings both creative vision and project-level rigor to every initiative she leads.
