Diane Flynn

Chief Executive Officer

Diane builds what others think is impossible—especially when it comes to funding and facilities. A former tax attorney who once helped corporations and high-net-worth individuals maximize their capital through complex financial structures, Diane brings a deep understanding of how money moves—and how it can be used to fuel equity and innovation.

She has since devoted the last two decades to applying that expertise in service of public education, designing real estate and financing solutions that enable schools to thrive and students to build long-term financial stability.

Diane has personally structured nearly $2 billion in mission-aligned capital—including $480 million in New Markets Tax Credits financing—and led finance, operations, and real estate teams at KIPP NYC, Uncommon Schools, and Robin Hood. At KIPP NYC, she oversaw the development of over 400,000 square feet of school space, all delivered on time and on budget. She also founded and ran Two9Three Consulting, where she advised nonprofits through high-stakes transactions, mergers, and long-term growth strategy.

Diane holds a B.A. from Villanova, a J.D. from Seton Hall Law, and an L.L.M. in Taxation from NYU. She serves on the board of the Northeast Charter Schools Network and gets fired up about helping charter schools do more for students by giving them the tools—and the capital—they need to last.
