Michael Good
Director, Finance
Michael brings a systems lens to school finance. A former teacher turned education finance leader, he has supported public schools and charter networks across the country in managing complex budgets, designing tools, and building sustainable operations.
Since 2016, Michael has worked with organizations managing over $300 million in annual budgets, led operations in New York and Minnesota, and served as a financial consultant to charter schools in D.C. and Maryland. His expertise spans multi-campus budgeting, state and federal grant management, and facilities financing for campus renovations.
Michael holds a B.A. in History and Secondary Education from the University of Illinois and a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, with a focus on education policy and public finance. He serves on the board of Project Vision, a youth development nonprofit in Chicago.
