Jeannemarie Hendershot

Jeannemarie is an operator with heart. She makes schools run better by investing in the people who run them, offering calm in the chaos and coaching that sticks.

At PS wrx, she leads partner success with deep experience in school operations, enrollment, facilities, and cross-functional leadership. She previously served as COO at Public Prep and spent 13 years at Uncommon Schools, where she helped launch new schools, manage network operations, and lead external affairs. Her career began as a 6th grade teacher in LAUSD through Teach For America, followed by charter authorizing work at the NYC Department of Education.

Jeannemarie holds a B.A. from Loyola University Maryland, an M.A. in Education from Loyola Marymount, an M.P.A. from NYU’s Wagner School, and an executive certificate in nonprofit leadership from Columbia Business School.
