Christina Galante

Christina makes complicated deals run smoothly. With a background in law and a decade of experience in charter school finance, she specializes in managing the complex, behind-the-scenes work that brings major facility projects to life.

As Associate Director of Real Estate Finance at KIPP NYC, she supported more than $500 million in development projects. Through her long-standing work with Two9Three, she’s provided consulting support on New Markets Tax Credits, tax-exempt bonds, QSCBs, and conventional financing. Christina is a go-to resource for reviewing and negotiating everything from loan agreements to formation documents—bringing precision, practicality, and perspective to every transaction.

She holds a B.A. from Monmouth University (cum laude) and a J.D. from New York Law School.
