Jade Dean

Jade brings a rare mix of hospitality mindset and real estate expertise to school facility development, helping mission-driven organizations create spaces that serve both people and purpose. With over 16 years in real estate strategy, project management, and operations, she’s led projects from $200K renovations to $38M campus builds.

At Uncommon Schools, Jade oversaw a 14-campus portfolio across New Jersey, leading construction and facilities operations for nearly one million square feet. She restructured in-house facilities management to drive efficiency and improve service. Before that, she delivered on-time, on-budget projects in Brooklyn and Upstate New York, and began her career in commercial real estate advisory with CBRE, managing transactions for clients like NBCUniversal and Teach For America.

Jade holds a B.S. from Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration, is a licensed New Jersey real estate salesperson, and serves as a Founding Trustee of The Maplewood Foundation.
