Lindsay helps organizations make smart financial decisions without ever losing sight of mission. With over 13 years of experience leading nonprofit finance teams and structuring complex real estate transactions, she brings a rare blend of strategic foresight and operational discipline. At PS wrx, Lindsay serves as a key thought partner on real estate financing strategies, helping schools align capital planning with long-term sustainability.
She previously served as Managing Director of Real Estate Finance at KIPP NYC, where she oversaw finance and accounting operations and secured funding for over $500 million in development projects. Before that, she led strategic finance at the College Board and spent nearly a decade at Uncommon Schools, where she guided the network’s expansion from 27 to 52 schools as head of the finance team. Lindsay began her career as a research analyst in the financial services sector, giving her a foundation in market analysis that she’s since applied to mission-driven institutions across the country.
She also brings a global lens to her work, shaped in part by her early experience teaching economics in Singapore through the Princeton in Asia program. Lindsay holds a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University.
