Ena Kumar

Ena connects capital to community. With more than a decade in community development finance, she has helped charter schools and affordable housing developers access the resources they need to grow and thrive.

Before joining PSwrx, Ena led charter school lending for BlueHub Loan Fund and held roles in underwriting, capital development, and grant strategy at national CDFIs and mission-driven lenders. Her approach is rooted in partnership, technical rigor, and a deep understanding of what it takes to finance projects in underserved communities.

Ena holds a Master’s in City and Regional Planning from Rutgers University, with a concentration in community and economic development, and a B.A. from Northwestern University.
