Anne Eidelman

Anne runs toward complexity—and helps organizations grow through it. A seasoned operator and former CEO, she specializes in partnering with founders to turn big visions into real, scalable systems. She’s spent her career helping early-stage organizations get clear on their core product, align their people, and build just-right structures that support sustainable growth.

Before joining PS wrx, Anne served as the CXO and COO of FOUNT, a global SaaS company, where she led the customer-facing functions and ensured integration between product development and customer delivery. She transitioned the company to a product-centered model and served as acting Head of Product during a successful Series A raise. Prior to that, Anne was COO and later CEO of Blue Engine, where she transformed the organization from a promising early-stage nonprofit into a sustainable and growing enterprise; she expanded programming, strengthened financial and operational infrastructure, and positioned the organization for long-term impact. Earlier, she spent five years at Uncommon Schools, where she led finance and HR for a 1,400-person charter school network with over $200 million in annual budgets.

Anne’s leadership is rooted in a lesson she learned as a teacher: when people have clear goals and the tools to reach them, extraordinary things happen. She’s been building organizations to make that possible ever since.

She holds a B.A. in Chemistry from Washington University, an M.S. from Northwestern, and an MBA from Columbia Business School, where she now teaches in the Management Division.
