Yoel Halbert

Associate Director Real Estate Development

Yoel focuses on creating vibrant, sustainable charter school facilities that support students and communities. He brings experience across acquisitions, development, venture capital, and strategy consulting, with a passion for projects that blend social, economic, and environmental impact.

Before joining PSwrx, Yoel worked in real estate investment and development at Midway Companies, where he underwrote projects worth more than $750 million and supported major redevelopment and financing initiatives. He also gained experience at Maccabee Ventures and Cukierman Investment House through the TAMID Group.

Yoel holds both a B.S. in Finance and Accounting and an A.A. in Jewish Studies from Yeshiva University (summa cum laude) and  an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
