Great school leaders build great teams.

PSwrx complements school leaders’ strengths in education with our deep knowledge of finance and real estate.

We partner with schools so these back-office divisions become what they should be—stable and predictable—not sources of ongoing stress.

Our expertise pays for itself.

When finance, real estate, and facilities are approached as strategic assets, schools see tangible results: immediate savings, crisis prevention, and strategic guidance that creates long-term value.

Developer-in-Residence

“We hired PSwrx for one project. In the course of that work, they picked up on a separate issue and asked a few questions. The way they connected information and proposed solutions was different. That was the moment I realized I could do a trust fall with them—we expanded their role almost immediately.”

—Nickalous Manning, Executive Director | Journey Community Schools

“The outcomes PSwrx achieves aren’t about access to special deals. They come from understanding charter schools at a deeper level—and negotiating financings and structures that hold up over time. Years later, you feel the difference.

—Rich Berlin, Co-CEO | DREAM Charter School

“We were in the middle of a roof replacement when a flash flood hit just weeks before opening. I had no idea what to do. PSwrx stepped in and became our lifeline. They showed up every day, navigated the damage, and somehow got us open on time and finished the project on schedule. Watching them work was incredible. One board member said it best: ‘I thought I understood who they were. I had no idea. This is next level.’”

—Kathy Ortiz, Executive Director | Bronx Charter School for the Arts
