Project Manager Real Estate

After growing up in Buffalo, Russel moved to New York City to begin his career, joining the General Contractor team on the LaGuardia Airport Terminal Redevelopment. 

Russel discovered his passion for real estate while overseeing the construction of a luxury residential building in Brooklyn Heights. This led him to build his own real estate portfolio and transition to Bolivar, a GC/Developer, where he served as Senior Project Manager for Girl’s Prep, a ground-up charter school in the Bronx. Through this experience, he leveraged his construction expertise to develop a deeper understanding of the full development process, including site analysis, pre-construction and design development, financing, and more.

Russel holds a Civil Engineering degree and an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate from the University at Buffalo.
