Greg turns sketches into spaces. With over a decade of experience spanning architecture, development, and project management, he excels at delivering thoughtfully designed spaces that are grounded in functionality.

Before joining PSwrx, Greg founded Planscape, a real estate advisory firm focused on strategic development solutions. He also held roles at Sovereign Properties, overseeing a 380-unit residential project in Florida, and Macklowe Properties, where he worked on the redevelopment of One Wall Street. He started his career designing large-scale housing projects and brings a sharp eye for both form and function.

Greg holds a B.Arch. from Pratt Institute and MRED from Columbia University.
