Christina makes complicated deals run smoothly. With a background in law and a decade of experience in charter school finance, she specializes in managing the critical  behind-the-scenes work necessary to deliver on-time closings.

As Associate Director of Real Estate Finance at KIPP NYC, she supported more than $500 million in development projects. Christina makes financings run smoothly, from New Markets Tax Credits, tax-exempt bonds, QSCBs, and conventional financing. Christina is a go-to resource for reviewing and negotiating everything from loan agreements to formation documents—bringing precision, practicality, and perspective to every transaction.

She holds a B.A. from Monmouth University (cum laude) and a J.D. from New York Law School.
