Fellowship
Through a virtual and in-person cohort model of ~20 participants, this peer-based learning experience provides structured professional development across real estate financing strategy, facilities management, capital planning, and vendor oversight.
Our Developer-in-Residence program expands access to PSwrx’s real estate and finance expertise through structured learning, advisory support, and immersive practice.
Advisory
Strategic and applied advisory support with regular one-on-one access to the PSwrx team for real-time guidance to help school leaders navigate finance and real estate decisions—with clarity and confidence.
Residency
A 4-year training and practice program designed to build the next generation of real estate and finance leaders for the charter sector. Residents work on-the-ground with PSwrx serving school partners.
